Refunds and Returns

SkinSentials offers a money back guarantee on the authenticity of every product we sell; we only sell genuine products purchased straight from the manufacturer or from an authorised distributor.

Product warranties are held with the manufacturers.

SkinSentials will not exchange or refund goods unless they were damaged or faulty when purchased.

We do understand, however, that you may simply change your mind at times. In this case you need to cover the return shipping costs and refund is offered for the value of your purchase minus 15% restocking fee. The 15% restocking fee (goods must be unopened, undamaged and unused including packaging) is used to cover bank, stocking and processing charges. Please note that product return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Opened Products and Allergic Reactions

There will be a 25% administrative processing fee calculated against the total cost of all opened products being returned including those being returned due to an allergic reaction with any product we sell on our website.

Almost all of our product pages list each ingredient contained in each dosage (for those products that do not show an ingredient list, please contact our sales department). It is your responsibility to print out the product specifications so that you may present them to your medical doctor for advice, warnings, guidance and dosage amounts depending on your individual needs. We do not employ anyone on staff qualified to give out medical advice and therefore are not responsible for unexpected reactions brought upon the consumption of any and all products we sell.

We cannot refund freight charges and returned goods must be sent to our warehouse at customer's cost.. Goods must be returned within 15 days of purchase. GIFT WITH PURCHASE - please note that unless specifically mentioned in the product description, the "gift with purchase" must also be returned unopened, undamaged and unused including packaging. If you wish to keep that item, the product price will be deducted from your refund amount.

Sale of products labeled "customer return" or "demo product" is final and these items cannot be returned or exchanged.


Whilst we will always try to maintain our stock at suitable levels, we do sometimes run out of stock of some products. In this case you will be emailed and informed of the expected delay. This will only take 3 - 5 days usually.


At the time of ordering, it is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details. Unless your postage option includes insurance we will not accept liability for any loss or damage during delivery or arising from a late delivery, as this is handled by Australia Post.

Orders will be processed on a daily basis, although delivery can take up to 14 days.

We always do our best to provide products on time to our customers. In the event that delivery is delayed you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged after delivery has taken place.

If your products have not arrived after 14 days from making your purchase, please let us know so that we try to follow it up with Australia Post or the courier company on your behalf. We will always endeavor to follow up any missing or lost parcels on your behalf and do everything in our power to rectify the situation.

Method of refunds

SkinSentials will issue a refund to your paypal account or the credit card that you used for ordering with the original purchase amount minus 15% or 25% restocking fee, as applicable.
