How to place your first order
Placing an order with Skinsentials is easy. Please read this information even if you are a returning customer since there have been some changes.

- Find the Items You Want and Add Them to Your Cart
First locate the items you would like to order either by browsing our website or by typing the name of the product in the “search” field located in the top right corner. When you find the item that you want to buy, simply click on the item picture or on the name of the item to see its product detail page. After you made sure this is the item you need and have checked availability, click on “Add to Cart” button. - Create an account
When trying to add an item to your Shopping Cart you will be prompted to create an account. By logging in every time you want to shop with us, you will be able earn cashback points, receive members-only special offers (only if you subscribe to our newsletter) and enjoy many other benefits. - Add the Items to Your Shopping Cart
Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, you will be prompted to either proceed to checkout or continue shopping. The contents of your Shopping Cart may be accessed at any time at any time by clicking the green bag icon located on the top right-hand side of every page. - Proceed to Checkout
After choosing all the items you need, take a moment to review the contents of your Shopping Cart. If you’re happy with your selection, click the "Proceed to checkout" button. You will be then taken to the secure checkout page where you may add or change your shipping address, choose a shipping method and enter your payment details. - Shipping Address
We try to get your order delivered as soon as possible, so in many cases we will ship your items with a courier service. Whenever possible, please provide a delivery address where someone can sign for your parcel (e.g. work address). - Shipping Method
Decide how quickly you would like to receive your order, then choose a shipping method. Express orders enjoy priority order handling as well. - Payment Information
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, PayPal or direct deposit. All orders must be paid before processing and shipping.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All international buyers must use a verified PayPal account or EFT! Due to the increasing number of credit card frauds, we are asking all international customers to pay with a verified PayPal account or choose Electronic Funds Transfer as method of payment. Please note that all other international orders will be refunded. - Review and Submit Your Order
Please check carefully the accuracy of all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. If you have any CashBack Points that you wish to spend, you now have the opportunity to do so by using the sliding bar under "Spend my Points" or simply tick the "Maximize my Points" field. When you are ready, click the "Place Order" button to submit your order. After receiving your order, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail within about 5 minutes. You will receive another e-mail message at the time of shipment.
