Order Processing

Most orders are processed and shipped Monday-Thursday (processing time does not include weekend days or major holidays). Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holidays will usually be processed on the following working day.

We will send you order and shipping notifications via email, but if you like to check the status of an order, please sign in to My Account to see where your order is up to. If we have already shipped your order, a tracking number will also be provided.

If your order has not been delivered within 2 weeks of receiving the shipping notification, please contact us. We will help you conduct a preliminary search with the postal or courier service we use to ship your item(s). Please note that international packages may take a little longer to arrive, allow up to three weeks for delivery.

Order Cancellations

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled and refunded for various reasons:

  • Duplicate order
  • Items unavailable
  • Customer request

If your order is cancelled, you will not be charged or, if you have paid already, we will issue a refund. You only pay for the items that are shipped (or will be shipped as backorder within reasonable time) to you.
