- Do I need to create an account? No, you can check out as a guest, but then you will be missing out on all the benefits associated with a registered account. We reward our loyal customers with cashback points every time they make a purchase with us or when they review products. The only way our system can track these points is by asking you to log in every time you visit our shop. Will I receive marketing emails if I register? Absolutelly not. We respect your privacy and we will only send you emails about special offers or new products if you specifically subscribe to our newsletters. Even so, we hate junk mail just as much as you do so we will not flood your inbox with daily promotional offers, but about 10-15 times a year, maximum when we have something really special.
- I forgot my password Click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link (near the login button) and we will send you a password reset link to your nominated email address. If you no longer have access to that email address, simply send us a "Password Reset Request" including your name, address and telephone number so that we can verify your account. Can I change my email address? Yes. Simply login using your old email address, then go to "My Account" and change your email address.
- Can I pick up my items? As an online business, we work hard to keep our prices low by cutting out the high costs associated with maintaining a retail store and facilities. In order to provide our customers with the very best prices in Australia, all Skinsentials products are available for delivery only. We do not offer a pickup from our warehouse.
